Based on universal principles, the WorldatWork provides six prestigious designations in key areas of total rewards, compensation, benefits and work-life. Depending on the certification you desire, you may be required to pass an accumulation of exams or pass one comprehensive exam. Classes

Partnering with WorldatWork, CICBN is committed to providing the compensation and benefits professionals within our community the tools, resources and quality education to succeed. CICBN supports a variety of educational offerings for its members and the industry. Many programs qualify for re-certification credit for the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and other designations granted by WorldatWork.
